RETURN POLICY:

Items purchased from myfiremonitor.com that are undamaged and in their original packaging, may be returned within 20 days of original purchase. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). A credit will be issued to authorized returns within 20 days of receiving the returned item.

All returned items should be shipped by a method that can be tracked. Tracking numbers should be forwarded to e-storereturns@myfiremonitor.com.
