Enterprise Engineered Systems teamed up with NSI Electric of Milwaukee, Wisconsin to provide multiple Life-Safety and Security Systems at Hart Park Square.
Enterprise worked with NSI at the time of the original bid, through the design process, furnishing CAD drawings and technical assistance to the on-site electricians throughout construction to completion.
Enterprise continues to support the management staff at Hart Park with any changes or service required on their systems.

The Firelite addressable panel and the Mircom tele-entry system fit the ticket for this condominium project, built on the shell of an old shoe factory.
The Mircom system uses telephone wiring to connect residents with visitors at the lobby entrance, and a simple touch of the keypad opens the lobby door.

Built in 1893, the Sentinel Building has provided office space in downtown Milwaukee for over a century.
When the buildings new owner was looking to update the Fire Alarm System in the building, they consulted with Enterprise Engineered Systems to create a plan to retrofit the building with a completely new system.
Enterprise designed a Voice Evacuation Fire Alarm System based on the International Building Code. Upon alarm, the system broadcasts tones and recorded messages throughout the building. There is also a command microphone located at the entry, allowing for manual broadcasts to individual or groups of floors.
